There are multiple reasons why you may not be able to log in to your lending account. Usually, this is because your account hasn’t been activated yet. Typically, we will activate your account within 24 hours of receiving your identity documents, and you will receive an activation email when your account is ready to use. If you are unsure of the status of your application, please let us know.

If you have already activated your account, please ensure you are logging in to the lender dashboard (as opposed to the borrower dashboard). You can find the Lender sign in page here: https://lend.growthstreet.co.uk/signin.

If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the lender sign in page and follow the instructions. If neither of these two scenarios apply, please email support@growthstreet.co.uk or start a live chat with us on our website.
